1. The steel ring is made by cutting and welding the steel strip with a fully automatic laser welding machine, rolling the edge with a curling machine, stretching with a stretching machine, pressing the edge with a pressing machine, and finally being polished for later use.

2. The glass front processing large plate original glass is cut into strips, and the glass strips are processed into glass round pieces by a rounding machine. The glass round pieces are ground and drilled (divided into central holes and air holes) by a fully automatic drilling and grinding machine, and cleaned and dried by a cleaning machine.

The glass strips are lifted and placed flat on the conveyor belt of the automatic rounding machine through a mechanical arm suction cup. The rounding machine cuts the glass strips into glass discs

3. Glass tempered glass discs are heated and softened in the tempering furnace, then shaped by molds after being discharged from the furnace, and then rapidly cooled and tempered by high-speed linear fans.

4. After the glass is processed and tempered, the glass cover continues to cool on the conveyor line. Steel rings are placed at the end of the conveyor line, the edges are tightly wrapped, and rivets are added to the air holes. The production of the finished tempered glass pot cover is completed, and the final step is to pack and box it.
